The Problem

As NI Candle Supplies grew in popularity, the brand faced a common challenge encountered by e-commerce businesses: ensuring that their technology kept pace with their growth.

They had a Shopify site, but it was underprforming and built on the 1.0 platform. This was causing issues with updating the Shopify theme, maintaining custom features such as the Scent Calculator, affecting overall performance and stability and hampering the efforts of the digital marketing team.

The Brief

BrandingBay were approached by Richard at Lucas Creative Art to redesign & improve their Shopify website.

The current website’s design didn’t reflect the company’s new contemporary branding, and the plan for the business was to move from having a physical store to targeting a global market via an effective online presence.

Richard had also developed a new product line of customised giftware consisting of coasters, slates etc, and wanted customers to have the ability to upload their own photos for a personalised design.

Arlene has sourced and hand-picked a small selection of products that have been tired and tested  by her clients over the past few years within her studio.

The Brief

Darling Arlene asked BrandingBay to build a Shopify solution that would clearly showcase her various shapewear lines. It was important that Arlene and her marketing team could easily make updates to the site as the product specs changed frequently.
